Customer Service Representative for Home Health Care Kingsville IDA Pharmacy – Kingsville, ON

Kingsville IDA Pharmacy has a part-time opportunity available for a Customer Service Rep / Assistant Medical Supply Tech. This candidate must be over 25 yrs of age with a valid driver’s license.

Some duties and responsibilities may include, but limited to;

  • Lean all products to be able to assist customers properly
  • Be available to close and work Saturdays when scheduled
  • Get certified to do compression socks measurements
  • Provide assistance to other staff
  • Be a team Player
  • Clean rental medical equipment

Home Health Care Specialist TLC IDA Pharmacy – Windsor, ON

TLC IDA Pharmacy is looking for an Home Health Care Specialist with Retail Experience to provide their knowledge and be able to assist patients to live in a safe environment. Knowledge in medical devices, brace fittings, grab bars, mobility equipment is a MUST.

Duties:

– Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their functional abilities
– Provide therapeutic interventions, such as adaptive equipment, to promote independence and enhance quality of life
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians to ensure comprehensive care for patients
– Educate patients and their families on strategies for managing their conditions and maximizing their independence

Qualifications:

– Experience
– Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with acute care procedures
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
